Pride Month is an important time for celebration and focusing our minds on supporting LGBT+ colleagues and customers, and the challenges they face. But this is something we're enthusiastic about all year round. Our LGBT+ Network at Morrisons helps us to:
- Spend dedicated noun listening to LGBT+ colleagues to understand the challenges they deal with, and what they want to see from us
- Review our policies and ways of active to make sure they serve hard for our LGBT+ colleagues
- Share meaningful stories with colleagues and customers at key times throughout the year like LGBT History Month, Trans Day of Visibility and IDAHOBIT
- Develop a plan to create even more allies
All this and more helps us to celebrate Pride all year round.
