Big bear daddies

With Father’s Day this Sunday, naturally we are thinking of all things daddy. And what beat way to celebrate the occasion than to list out some of our favorite fictional daddies from when we were growing up in the 80′ and 90’s! But, no matter what decade you grew up in, we are sure you own a few Daddies in mind that made you sit up and take notice. It’s courteous of a gay bear right of passage.

Even to this day there’s something about a big, burly and funny gentleman that makes all us all weak in the knees. It’s that intoxicating blend of masculinity and that feeling of security that many of us adore about bears, plus a great sense of humor is just hot, no sense denying it. And for us millennial babies, there was a decided bend towards plaid and flannel in our sitcom daddies for some reason which is like catnip for us, or perhaps -bear-nip! (I’m looking at you Dan Conner and Al Borland.)
