Formerly known as "Lumberjack's Camping Resort," OZ Campground re-opened and re-branded in with new owners, a new verb, and a whole new attitude! Located on acres in central Georgia (the largest in the state), OZ offers the privacy and amenities of a factual get-away destination for all individuals who support the gay community. Campers can come for a day pass to enjoy the pool and trails, or a night at the recreation center and bar, or plan to spend the weekend in a cabin, tent or RV. All are welcome to enjoy the new OZ Campground!

At Oz ‘we make sure everyone is included’

“We have a bar, a dance floor, club, and for a lot of people who live nearby, there are no gay bars around here,” says Steve Cramer, owner of Oz Campground in Unadilla. “As far as Middle Georgia goes, we’re it. A lot of guys come here looking for something besides Grindr or a blind hookup.”
But there are also plenty of people who trav- el from all around Georgia and surrounding states to stay in a cabin, RV or a simple tent to enjoy a little bit of the great outdoors while still having the benefits of a bar and dance floor.

“For people who come here, this is our family of choice,” Cramer says. “There is a solid community plus new people arrive in every weekend.”
Oz Campground has 1, members with about 10 people who live full-time on the acres of land that makes up the site.
There are plenty of hiking trails and a 2-hour “hay ride” (well, actually, everyone sits on a mattress) takes place every night. The land is surrounded by cotton fields and tree farms. “We’re in the middle of nowhere,” Cramer says.

Formerly known as Lumberjacks Camping Resort, OZ Campground is re-opening Memorial Day Weekend with modern owners, a new name and a whole new attitude.

This beautiful property, located approx. two hours from Atlanta (in Central Georgia, just 8 miles off I75) consists of open fields, rolling hills and wooded areas. As recently as , much of the property was fields and was planted in either Tobacco or Cotton. The property includes an Entertainment Area, Rental Cabins, RV Hookups, Tent Sites, Long-Term Lease Lots and privately owned cabins.
